Refund & Returns Policy – Somis.pk

At Somis.pk, we strive to provide high-quality home décor, bedding, and baby products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used bedding items

  • Opened baby products

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or sale items


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method (if applicable).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Size issues (if applicable)

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
